Development management model
A structured partnership where the Development Manager delivers end-to-end execution, while the Landowner retains full control, ownership, and project profits. The Development Manager is compensated through a transparent professional fee linked to the project revenue, with all other project expenses charged to the project.
Joint development model
A structure where the Developer undertakes complete project development, assuming all associated costs and risks, while the Landowner receives a pre-agreed share of revenue based on the agreed commercial terms. Upon execution of the agreement, the Developer assumes full responsibility for project planning, approvals, construction, and delivery.
Start up consulting
A capability-building model where the Consultant establishes the complete operational framework for a real estate venture by closely supporting the Landowner through the first project. Systems, processes, and governance structures are implemented to enable independent execution of future developments, against a professional fee linked to the first project revenue
